One team, end to end

Most firms split advisory from litigation. We do not. The lawyer who structures the transaction is the lawyer who defends it, so nothing is re-learned at the point it matters most and nothing is handed off on the courthouse steps.

Advocates and company secretaries work the same file. That means the compliance position, the security documents and the tribunal strategy are decided together rather than in sequence — which is usually where value leaks in a contested matter.

What we will not do

We do not promise outcomes. Bar Council of India rules prohibit a law firm from soliciting work or advertising, and we think that restraint is right: the work is the law applied to your facts, argued where it needs to be argued.

Pro bono

A portion of the firm's time each year goes to matters taken without fee, for causes and clients who could not otherwise reach counsel. Write to us if you believe your matter qualifies.
